Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Processing can take additional time during major sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout based on the destination and available carrier services.

The delivery timeframe begins after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, address issues, and other unexpected events may affect delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing checkout.

If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned by the carrier.

Once an order has entered shipment, we cannot guarantee that an address change can be made.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will generally be sent after the order has shipped.

Carrier tracking may take some time to show movement after the shipment is initially scanned.

Delayed or Missing Packages

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier, customers should first check around the delivery location and with household members or building management before contacting us.

International Deliveries

If international shipping is offered for a particular product, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Such charges are generally not included unless specifically stated during checkout.
